1 "Do You Accept Personal Injury Cases & Worker's Compensation Claims?"
Yes. Personal injury cases are handled in one of three ways: 1 Med-Pay - Your car insurance policy may have "Medical Payments" coverage. Med-Pay can be used regardless of who's fault the car accident was, allows your medical bills to be paid while you're treating, AND BY LAW WILL NOT RAISE YOUR CAR INSURANCE PREMIUM. 2 Attorney Lien - Our office has your attorney sign a lien, which gives him/her the authority to pay your medical bills directly. Once your case settles, your attorney will pay us directly out of your settlement. In other words, we treat you with no out-of-pocket expense while being treated. 3 3rd Party Lien - If the accident is the fault of the other driver, our office places a county lien on their insurance company (the "3rd party"). Once your case settles, the "3rd party" will pay us directly out of your settlement. We treat you with no out-of-pocket expense while being treated. Yes. Worker's Compensation Claims are paid by your employer's insurance company (not health insurance). In these situations, special paperwork is filled out by you and the doctor. From there everything is handled by the doctor and the insurance company. We treat you with no out-of-pocket expense. |

3 "What Will The First Day Cost?"
Your initial consultation (a brief discussion of your complaints/concerns) with Dr. Charles Spear, the chiropractic physician, is no cost to you. Individual patients may require different treatments and care, which is based upon several variables. YOUR care and treatment cost is specific to you and can't be given until after the consultation is conducted. The specifics of your care plan will be explained If Dr. Spear accepts you as a patient. There is no obligation to receive treatment if you decide not to begin care. If we determine another health specialty is appropriate, we'll do our very best to refer you to the appropriate place. |
